Hind Albana
Hind Albana is an Assistant Director at Seton Hall University’s Career Center. Previously, Hind was a Counselor in the K-12 public and private school systems for almost a decade. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education Leadership, Management, and Policy and a concentration in Education Research, Assessment, and Program Evaluation. Hind also has a Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance degree from New York University Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University. Her research interests include educational psychometrics, counseling psychology education, power dynamics, mentoring and guidance with cultural consciousness, and student support, success, and achievement.
