The 2021 SNAAP Research Symposium will bring together researchers, administrators, faculty members, students, and policymakers to learn about recent research about the lives and careers of arts graduates using the rich SNAAP database. We hope the sessions will foster knowledge-exchange and expand the community of individuals utilizing SNAAP data.
The symposium also serves as a thank-you to the Indiana University School of Education’s Center for Postsecondary Research for its careful stewardship of SNAAP since 2008. With the next annual survey of arts alumni in Fall 2022, the transition from Indiana to the nonprofit organization Arts + Design Alumni Research and two new anchor institutions, the College of Fine Arts at the University of Texas at Austin and the College of Fine and Applied Arts at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, will be completed.
The current SNAAP database remains the property of Indiana University. For data-sharing information, contact Angie Miller, Principal Investigator, at anglmill@indiana.edu.
The symposium is offered free of charge.
